Who's Moving Where In Wealth Management? – Allworth Financial, Uniting Wealth Partners, Others

Allworth Financial, an RIA that has chalked up more than 40 acquisitions since 2018, has appointed Jeffrey Green as chief people officer.
Green brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience in financial services, most recently serving as chief human resources officer at Osaic, the wealth management group.
"Jeffrey's arrival marks an important step in Allworth's evolution. We're at a stage where growth is about more than numbers; it's about deepening our culture, supporting our people, and preparing for the future,” John Bunch, CEO of Allworth Financial, said in a statement this week.
Green holds a bachelor of science in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas and a master of science in foresight and future studies from the University of Houston.
Allworth, founded in 1993, is headquartered in Folsom, California. It serves clients in all 50 states from more than 40 offices and is backed by Lightyear Capital and the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. As mentioned above, it has completed more than 40 acquisitions since 2018.
Uniting Wealth Partners
Uniting Wealth Partners, an RIA succession incubator backed by Wealth Advisor Growth Network, has welcomed a Rochester, New York-based firm run by Rick and Alecia Dougherty.
They oversee $235 million in AuM as of June 30.
The Doughertys will gain independence as majority owners of their practice while also securing ownership of the holding company that provides the operational support and resources needed to run and grow their firm, UWP said in a statement.
Raymond James
Financial advisor and army reserve veteran Andrew Wilson has joined Raymond James’ employee advisor channel in Montecito, California. He previously worked at UBS Financial Services, managing more than $319 million in client assets.
Wilson is joined by practice business manager Annalisa Rada-McGee and senior investment portfolio analyst Brian Berry, Raymond James said in a statement this week.
The team operates as Oak Financial Group of Raymond James.
Wilson, who brings more than 33 years of financial services industry experience, is joining Raymond James after 12 years at his previous firm. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Rhode Island.
